What This Means for Current Families

  • No interruption in current assistance: Children with active CCAP cases will continue to receive coverage through the end of their eligibility period and through future redeterminations, as long as they remain eligible.
  • No new children may be added to active cases after July 31, 2025.
  • Parent copay changes on August 1, 2025: At the next redetermination, parent copay amounts will increase to approximately 6% of family income. The exact copay will appear on the finalized Parent/Applicant and Provider Agreement (PAPA). Families not yet up for renewal will retain their current copay until redetermination.
