Monmouth County Public Housing Agency’s Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) is now accepting applications to be placed on their waiting list.
When: June 17, 2019 until June 21, 2019

A limited number of applicants exceeding the maximum income allowed may be permitted entry into the HCV program.
Details:
- Applications will be selected by lottery to be placed on the waiting list.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply. Only one application per household will be accepted. Duplicate applications will be disqualified from the lottery.
- Applicants living or working in Monmouth County at the time of pre-application will qualify for a preference. If you don’t qualify for a preference, you can still apply, but your position on the waiting list will be after the applicants who qualify for a preference.
- The application must be completed, signed, and dated by the Head of Household. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be discarded.
Information needed when applying:
Full legal names, social security numbers, date of birth, and income information for each member of the household. An email address is required.
