NOTICE: Howell Affordable Homes Preliminary Application Open Until July 15

What: Affordable Homes New Jersey will be selling condos in Monmouth Views, located at 755 Fort Plains Road in Howell. Submit a preliminary application and join the Howell Ownership Waiting List by July 15, 2024, to be included in the random lottery number drawing to determine priority order. There will be 92 new two and three bedroom affordable condo units available for purchase beginning Summer 2024.

Please note this is not a HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program rental assistance program opening. This is only for people who would like the opportunity to purchase a unit in Monmouth Views.

Who Qualifies:

• Although any income-eligible households may apply, residents and workers of Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean counties will be selected before residents of other counties or states.

When: Pre-applications will be accepted until July 15, 2024.
