The event yesterday evening at the DPW gave attendees the opportunity to interact with lenders and learn about the various programs that are being offered. The program included options for lower down payment requirements with no PMI, discounted interest rates and grants. Attendees were also able to discuss and review the available products and determine which one/s best suits their needs.

Housing counselors from the LRRC/STEPS were available to answer questions.
