HEAP Approval Deadline – July 31

Did you apply for HEAP and not yet receive benefits? All pending applications will be approved or purged by July 31. If you have questions regarding the status of your application or need to provide missing documentation, follow up with O.C.E.A.N. Inc before the July 31 deadline.

O.C.E.A.N. Inc Contact Information:

1. In-Person – An O.C.E.A.N. Inc will be at the LRRC accepting walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis from 9:00 – 4:00 (with a break from 12:00 – 1:00) on Wednesday July 13. No appointment is necessary.

New HEAP applications are no longer being accepted. The HEAP application season will re-open in the fall.

If you did not apply for HEAP, you could still apply for USF until mid-August.

Additional Assistance

There is additional utility assistance available:

• Emergency Assistance – For anyone with a past-due balance already approved for HEAP. Deadline is July 29. Apply through O.C.E.A.N. Inc.
