What to Bring
- Social Security cards for all household members
- Birth certificate for any child under one
- Gas bill and electric bill
- Proof of address (mortgage statement or signed lease)
- Proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members
Who Is Eligible
To qualify for LIHEAP and USF benefits, applicants must:
- Be responsible for home heating or cooling costs, either directly or included in rent
- Have a gross income at or below 60% of the State Median Income, as shown below
