New Jersey Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Now Accepting New Applications - 04/2026

The New Jersey Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), a statewide program providing childcare subsidies to low- and moderate-income working families, has fully reopened and is now accepting applications for all eligible applicants. CCAP provides financial assistance to income-eligible parents who are working or attending school, helping families afford quality childcare services.

Please note: At this time, Master’s students are not eligible due to current funding limitations.

How to Apply

Apply online at mynjhelps.gov.

  • Do not upload documents at the time of application. Your local CCAP office will contact you to request any required documentation.
  • If you previously created a MyNJHelps account (for SNAP or other benefits), use the same login credentials.

Families are also welcome to visit the LRRC during regular walk-in hours to use on-site computers to complete the application.
